All stone, Tiles & custom stone purchase's must be checked for correct sizing and the condition must be inspected upon delivery to ensure you are happy with the condition of your product.
Tile pricing is indicative only as they are continuously changing due to world movements. We therefore reserve the right to refund your order up to 7 days after purchase. If tiles are yet to be collected.
Please make sure your measurements are correct before placing your order. Niche does not offer returns on custom stone for change of mind.
Once you have accepted your delivery you have a maximum of 24hr's to request any returns, for any reason.
(Niche does not need to accept this request dependent on the reasoning for your request)
