At Niche Interiors Australia, we back every product we sell. All products comply with Australian Standards (AS) and are WELS rated where applicable — so you can buy with confidence knowing what you're getting meets national quality and water efficiency requirements.
Our Warranty Promise
Every product comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty. Coverage periods vary by product and brand, but our team is here to support you through every step of the process if something goes wrong.
One standout exception: Bella Vista products carry a lifetime warranty — a reflection of the brand's exceptional quality and our confidence in stocking it.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
The process is straightforward:

Email us with clear photos and/or videos showing the fault.

We investigate — our customer service team will assess whether the goods are in fact faulty.

We go to the supplier on your behalf and work toward a resolution.

Replacement — where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, product replacement services are available.
Please note: we do not provide on-site repair services. All valid claims are handled through product replacement.
Before You Install — Important Conditions
Inspect all goods on delivery, before installation. Any product that has been installed and is later found to be damaged becomes the responsibility of the installer. Faults must be identified prior to installation to be covered.
Use a licensed or certified installer. Damage caused by incorrect installation will void any warranty. A certified or licensed tradesperson must carry out all installations for warranty to remain valid.
Workmanship warranty applies — provided installation is carried out correctly by a licensed installer.
Polyurethane and Laminate Vanities are water resistant, not waterproof. They can resist water penetration to a degree but not entirely. Warranty claims arising from excessive water exposure will not be accepted.
PVC cabinets are fully waterproof and built to withstand all bathroom elements.
