Shipping Policy

At Niche Interiors Australia, we work with reliable freight partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle despatch, delivery, and collection.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days from the time of purchase. Processing times exclude public holidays and weekends.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification. A second notification will follow once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–10 working days.

Shipping Delays

We work with reliable freight companies to ensure your order arrives on time. However, unforeseen shipping delays can occur and are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on eligible orders. Please note that free delivery does not apply to:

  • Tiles

  • Large items

  • Porta Timber products

These items may incur separate freight costs depending on your location and order size.

Click & Collect — Gold Coast Showroom

Click & Collect is available at our Gold Coast showroom. This is a free option for customers who prefer to pick up their order in person.

Click & Collect Location: 1A Ashmore Road, Bundall QLD 4217

Collection Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 2pm

If you need to arrange collection outside of these hours or days, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you with some advance notice.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via text message or phone call using the number provided at checkout to let you know your order has arrived and is ready to collect.

Please bring your order confirmation email when you come in to collect.

Free Local Pickup — Tiles (Brisbane Warehouse)

For tile orders, free local pickup is also available from our Brisbane warehouse. If you would like to arrange this, please contact our team directly to confirm availability and collection details.
